Reiki Circle

Reiki ["ray-key"] is an ancient system of natural healing. In Japanese Reiki means Universal Life Force Energy, It is a holistic, hands-on healing system that touches all levels: body, mind, and spirit. Reiki is gentle and non-invasive. It enhances the body's natural ability to heal itself and is a powerful way to relieve stress and promote wellness.

 A Reiki Circle is a gathering of Reiki Practitioners who wish
to come together to continue learning and share their healing experiences. Participating in a Circle is a wonderful way to
share Reiki with others, honor ourselves as healers as well as introduce this healing system to those who have never experienced Reiki. One person at a time receives Reiki from
the others  Group energies are often stronger than individual sessions. If you have never participated please come and join
us to check it out.

Yoga

All yoga classes offered at Village Wellness are very student friendly. Classes consist of warm-ups, asana (postures) and pranayama (breathwork) all of which are very guided verbally
as well as physically.  

Hatha and Kripalu yoga are very similar in a traditional style.  
Learn to quiet the mind while the body relaxes, creating a union between them. The true meaning of Yoga. Vinyasa yoga is practiced in a heated room a bit more vigorously.  The flow of postures in a warmer setting help to open the body allowing for a deep practice. In all of our classes we strongly encourage listening to your body throughout your practice. Yoga cultivates awareness,  balance and so many other benefits for the mind, body, and spirit. 

New students 2 classes for $20
(classes to be taken within 2 weeks of each other)

$14 drop in or $12 for prepaid (6 class minimum)
