Reiki Circle

A Reiki Circle is a gathering of Reiki Practitioners who wish
to come together to continue learning and share their healing experiences. Participating in a Circle is a wonderful way to
share Reiki with others, honor ourselves as healers as well as introduce this healing system to those who have never experienced Reiki. One person at a time receives Reiki from
the others  Group energies are often stronger than individual sessions. If you have never participated please come and join
us to check it out.

Karate

A system of Martial Arts that blends modern self defense and old school training techniques. Teaching Oki-Ryu Kenpo translated, open system, way of the fist. Blending Chinese Kung Fu, Okinawan Karate, and Japanese Jiu Jitsu. Train to get in shape. Train to feel empowered.
Sensei David Petrarca, 3rd degree Black Belt, with 25 years of martial arts training.

Yoga

All yoga classes offered at Village Wellness are very student friendly. Classes consist of warm-ups, asana (postures) and pranayama (breathwork) all of which are very guided verbally
as well as physically.  

Kripalu & Hatha Yoga

Kripalu and Hatha yoga are very similar in a traditional style.
Learn to quiet the mind while relaxing the body, creating a union between them. Class consists of warm ups, postures (asana), and breathing (pranayama). Yoga cultivates awareness, balance and many other benefits for the mind, body, and spirit.

Often refered to as yogic sleep, yoga nidra is a journey into conscious deep relaxation. While being lead on a guided meditation through multiple layers of being you will experience a profound sense of peace, openness and stillness.
